I’ve worked in pharmacy since 2009 and became a licensed pharmacist after graduating from UBC in 2014. Today, I’m a Manager and Shareholder at Macdonald’s Prescriptions, where I work in clinical pharmacy, medication management and advanced compounding.

Years behind the pharmacy counter showed me how difficult it can be for people to make sense of their health. They often have laboratory results, medications, supplements and advice from several different sources, but no clear way to connect the information or decide what deserves attention.

I created The Optimistic RPh to make credible health information easier to understand. As the platform grew, I saw the need for something more personal and structured. Education could explain the science, but many people still needed help applying it to their own circumstances.

That led me to build RECLAIM Health. RECLAIM brings together comprehensive bloodwork, DEXA body composition, medication review and practical health guidance so clients can establish a clearer baseline and make informed decisions about what comes next.
